ALTRUISTICALLY- “Giving without expectations”

In 2024 I had a career transition that provided time to explore and invest in my greater purpose.   I have always felt a calling to do more; to be more directly involved in helping others.    So, I dove into volunteering with a variety of organizations.  I gave my time, effort, and resources, but I received so much more in joy, connection, and fulfillment.  These connections were truly inspirational.   I met people who live altruistically every day and others who benefit from their selfless generosity.

These experiences have inspired and energized me to do even more in 2025.  My word of the year for 2025 is ALTRUISTICALLY which means to give without expectation.  Monthly in 2025, I will be choosing one organization to volunteer, donate $1,000, pray, and connect with.  I will be sharing this journey of stories on my website, Altruistically.org, and via various social channels.

I’d love for you to join the Live Altruistically Community to:

1.)   Be inspired

2.)   Share your stories

3.)   Provide recommendations on organizations where we can volunteer, donate, learn, pray, and share an inspiring story.

Let’s partner together to Live Altruistically and to make the world a better place, one story at a time.
